Eric brings direct corporate development and M&A execution experience from inside digital media and technology companies. He led corporate development at Forbes Marketplace and System1 (NYSE: SST), where he originated and executed over $150M in acquisitions across performance media, content platforms, adtech, and digital services. He currently serves as Head of M&A at Hawke Media.
